Registered Free Agents, i.e. approved pet shops, breeders, RSPCA and BCC Shelters, may not use this online service to register animals on behalf of customers.
These agents may register these animals by mail, or at any Customer Service or Regional Business Centre.
You may be required to provide some authentication information to use this online service, including Animal Registration reference number, animal's registered name, animal's registered address.

These terms and conditions protect the rights and privacy of all people using the Brisbane City Council's online services. You must accept these terms and conditions of use in order to register for, or use, these services.
As a user, you are also bound by the Council's privacy and copyright statement and any other terms contained on this website.

This information is required by the Animal Management (Cat and Dog) Act 2008. All fees displayed and services offered on this site can be changed without notice.
We can also vary the terms and conditions of use at any time. It is a requirement of entering the Council's online services that you read and accept these terms and conditions every time before using these services.
Generally, once requested services have been provided by Brisbane City Council, there will be no refund. If we have commenced work on provision of the requested service(s), we will consider applications for partial refund. If we have not commenced work on the provision of the requested service(s) we will provide a full refund.
All applications for refunds must be in writing.
If there is a prolonged period of inactivity between your browser and the Council's website servers, you may be disconnected or we may ask you to resubmit a security password. We are not responsible for any information you may lose if a disconnection occurs.
